1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions apply to your enrolment in The Catalyst 6: Aligned Offer Accelerator (“the Program”), a 6-week hybrid group program offered by Catalyst For Coaches (CA Valentine Trust trading as Catalyst For Coaches).

By enrolling, you agree to these offer-specific terms, as well as our general Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy available at https://www.catalyst4coaches.com.

2. Program Inclusions

This Program includes:

• Six (6) weekly live group calls (3 hours each) via Zoom

  • Each session includes a masterclass, breakout implementation, and round robin.

• Access to the Catalyst 6 framework covering:

  1. The Why

  2. The Work

  3. The Who

  4. The Words

  5. The Way

  6. The Window

• Digital workbooks, prompts, and checklists to support your progress.

• A self-paced Kajabi course portal for review and reflection.

This is a hands-on business development container designed to help you create and launch an aligned offer by the end of the 6 weeks.

3. VIP Upgrade

If you choose the VIP option, you will receive:

• Six (6) x 1-on-1 coaching sessions with Cat Valentine and Jess Simpson.

• These sessions are tailored to your unique offer and booked separately.

• VIP sessions must be used within 60 days of the final group session. Unused sessions expire after this date.

4. Payment Terms

• Program cost: AUD $3,000

• VIP upgrade: Additional AUD $3,000

• Payment must be made in full or via an approved payment plan through Kajabi.

• If selecting a payment plan, you agree to complete all payments regardless of your level of participation.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature and limited spaces in the Program, change-of-mind refunds are not available.
We honour our obligations under Australian Consumer Law in the case of major faults or failures in service delivery.

Please enrol only if you are ready to commit.

6. Participation & Expectations

You are responsible for attending live sessions, completing your weekly tasks, and showing up for yourself and the group.
This program is designed for coaches and wellness practitioners who are ready to take action and launch.

If your behaviour is disruptive or unsafe, we reserve the right to remove you from the Program without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, and resources shared in the Program are the intellectual property of Catalyst For Coaches.
You may use them for personal and business development, but may not share, resell, or republish them without written consent.

8. Media Consent

Live calls may be recorded for participant review or internal training.
You may be invited to provide a testimonial or success story.
Unless you opt out in writing before the program begins, we may use photos, feedback, or excerpts from recorded sessions for promotional purposes.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes will be handled under Australian jurisdiction.
