1. Goods and/or Services
1.1 The Goods and/or Services provided by Catalyst For Coaches are described on the enrolment forms, invoices, website (www.catalyst4coaches.com), and other relevant marketing materials. The Buyer agrees that by purchasing, enrolling, or signing up for the NLP Practitioner Training, they are bound by these terms and conditions.
2. Refund Terms
2.1 30-Day, 100% Money-Back Guarantee: If the Buyer is unhappy with their investment in the NLP Training for any reason, they may request a full refund under the following conditions:
2.2 The Buyer must email hello@catalyst4coaches.com clearly requesting a refund within 30 days of their first payment towards the NLP Training.
2.3 During this 30-day period, the Buyer will have access to all course materials, including recordings, workbooks, and other resources. If a refund is processed, access to all materials will be revoked immediately.
2.4 No refunds will be issued once the NLP Training has begun, whether delivered in-person or online. This applies regardless of the Buyer’s participation or completion of the training.
2.5 After 30 days, no refunds will be issued. Payment plans must be completed in full, regardless of whether the Buyer continues with the course or not.
2.6 If the Buyer is unable to attend the live training dates, they may reschedule to a future session within two (2) years from the date of purchase. The Seller does not guarantee future training will be held in a specific location, state, or venue.
2.7 The Buyer may only attend the live training once. However, they retain lifetime access to course materials (such as recordings and workbooks) as long as they do not default on payments.
2.8 Bonus Inclusions: As part of their enrolment, the Buyer receives the following bonuses at no additional cost:

2.9 These bonuses are provided as a free addition and are not refundable. The Seller reserves the right to modify or remove bonuses at any time without prior notice.
3. Price and Payment
3.1 The price for the NLP Training is as indicated on the enrolment form, invoice, or payment plan provided by Catalyst For Coaches.
3.2 The Buyer agrees to make all payments on the dates and schedule agreed upon at the time of enrolment. Payment deadlines are strict and must be met on time.
3.3 All prices include GST (Goods and Services Tax), where applicable.
4. Default & Consequences of Default
4.1 Late Payment Penalties: Any overdue payments will incur a 20% late fee per month, calculated on the outstanding balance. Additionally, a $50 late fee per month will be applied until the outstanding balance is cleared.
4.2 If the Buyer defaults on any payment, they agree to cover all costs related to debt collection, including but not limited to solicitor fees and collection agency charges. The Buyer is also responsible for covering any additional costs incurred in recovering the debt.
5. Title & Certification
5.1 The Buyer acknowledges that they will not receive their NLP Training Certifications or any other course completion documents until:
(a) All payments have been completed in full.
(b) All required course components have been completed as per the training guidelines.
(c) All other contractual and program obligations have been met.
6. Participation Terms
6.1 The Buyer confirms that their participation in the NLP Training is voluntary and that they accept full responsibility for their well-being at all times.
6.2 The Buyer certifies that they are physically, emotionally, and psychologically fit to participate in the training. If they are under medical supervision or taking medication for any condition, they confirm that their participation has been approved by a relevant healthcare professional.
6.3 The Buyer acknowledges that the NLP Training is an educational and personal development program and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If unresolved emotional issues arise, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to seek additional professional support at their own expense.
6.4 The Buyer agrees to release and hold harmless Catalyst For Coaches, its directors, trainers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any liability for outcomes arising from their participation in the training.
7. Privacy & Data Protection (Australian Privacy Act 1988)
7.1 The Buyer consents to Catalyst For Coaches collecting, storing, and processing personal data in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.
7.2 The Seller may collect and use the Buyer’s personal data for the following purposes:
(a) Processing enrolments, payments, and course participation.
(b) Providing marketing communications related to Catalyst For Coaches and its services.
(c) Analysing payment history and creditworthiness where applicable.
(d) Managing accounts and collecting overdue payments.
7.3 The Seller will not share personal information with third parties without the Buyer’s consent, except as required by law or for the purpose of debt collection.
7.4 The Buyer has the right to access, update, or request deletion of their personal data by contacting hello@catalyst4coaches.com.
8. Signatures & Agreement
8.1 The Buyer acknowledges that email confirmations, online checkboxes, or verbal agreements serve as legally binding acceptance of these terms and conditions, equivalent to a physical signature.
9. Force Majeure
9.1 The Seller is not liable for any delays or failure to provide services due to force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, or technical failures beyond their control.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1 The Buyer acknowledges that all course materials, trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property associated with the NLP Training remain the exclusive property of Catalyst For Coaches.
10.2 The Buyer agrees not to copy, distribute, share, or reproduce course materials in any form without written permission from Catalyst For Coaches.
11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions
11.1 Catalyst For Coaches reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Buyers will be notified of significant changes via email or through the website.
11.2 If the Buyer does not agree to the updated terms, they must notify Catalyst For Coaches in writing within seven (7) days of receiving notice. Otherwise, continued participation in the course will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

By enrolling in any Catalyst For Coaches Training, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
